DESCRIPTION:Hey all you Hunger Heroes!!  It’s time to get together again to pack meals for the hungry!!  Are you in?!?  Let’s do this!! \nLet’s mask up and pack meals on Saturday\, December 4th\, 2021 from 9:00 until 11:00 AM at Grace Gathering Church located at 3157 Minnich Rd\, New Haven\, IN.   Come to the entrance at the back of the building. \nPlease arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for the sign-in process. \nWhile we do not charge a fee to be involved in our Public Packing events\, we appreciate donations to further our work to end world hunger.  Ideally\, we’d like each person or family to cover the cost of one carton of meals. \nJust one carton of meals that you will pack feeds 216 children and costs just $60.  That’s a mere $.27 per meal!  What can we do without once or twice that will equal 216 meals?  Feel free to donate as many boxes as you’d like to feed those who have so little. \nWe are looking forward to seeing you and partnering with you to feed the hungry!!

Let’s do this!! \nLet’s mask up and pack meals on Saturday\, December 5th\, 2020. We will be packing in 2 shifts\, the first shift will accommodate 22 volunteers from 9:00 a.m. until no later than 10:30 a.m. and the second shift will accommodate 22 volunteers from 11:00 a.m. until no later than 12:30 p.m. at Grace Gathering Church located at 3157 Minnich Rd.\, New Haven\, IN  46774. Please indicate on the signup form which shift you prefer. Also\, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for the sign-in process. \nWe do not charge a fee to be involved in our Public Packing events\, but if you would still like to donate to the event then please feel free because we always accept donations to further our work to end world hunger. \nLet me explain the cost to you. Each meal we pack costs $0.27.  Each meal packet contains 6 meals = $1.62.  Each case you pack holds 216 meals = $58.32.  216 children get fed a meal for a total of $58.32. I love this fact! What can we do without once or twice that will equal 216 meals?
